DESIGN / INSTALLATION OF WEIGHING SYSTEM, PORTIONING,  PACKAGED FRESH SALAD AND READY (HOT, COLD) MEALS AND SWEETS.


The installation in Gefsinus Food Culture, one of the largest systematic catering companies active in Greece, includes the complete

supply and handling of chopped salad (HACCP Certification validation system). The installation consists of a multi-head weighing device with special specifications of precision weighing systems and functionality. It includes a salad filling distribution unit in rotary trays and a Bypass packaging type selection.

Furthermore, it has a vertical packaging unit for forming bags from synthetic materials of special specifications with the addition of a protective atmosphere and packaging marking as well as a heat-sealing system (tray sealer) with an automatic tray dispenser – tape for adding meal trays. The facility has automatic oil dosing and automatic heat-sealing, marking, standardization, and final packaging control.
